I Financed A $41,000 Aging Machine And It Made Me Elderly By Lunch

I financed the Morroway AgeCraft Reserve because it was advertised as a luxury machine that could make a person look older, wiser, and more expensive. The company did not put "aging machine" in large print, but that is what it is.

It costs $41,000 before delivery and requires a monthly payment I should not have accepted. It has teak handles and promises to add "patina, gravitas, and visible years." I asked the representative whether it made people older. She paused and said it "adds maturity in a controlled luxury environment."

That means yes.

The machine arrived in a large crate. It looks like a high-end sauna crossed with a standing cabinet. Brushed metal frame. Warm wood handles. Amber interior light. Padded arm rests. A small black screen with three settings.

Setup was easy. Too easy. I plugged it into a dedicated outlet and the room immediately felt like a spa with medical liability.

The AgeCraft offers three programs: Presentation, Legacy, and Founder. I chose Presentation because it sounded like the mildest one. The machine hummed. The amber light came on. A fan started moving warm air around my legs.

For the first five minutes, nothing obvious happened. Then my knees started hurting. My lower back got stiff. The skin around my eyes felt tight, then loose. I looked at my hands and they did not look like my hands from ten minutes earlier.

Would I recommend the Morroway AgeCraft Reserve? Only to someone who has a specific reason to look older by lunch and can pay cash. For everyone else, no.

I am writing this beside the cabinet because standing up too quickly is now difficult. The machine worked. That is the problem. The payment is also the problem.
